Trish is a Licensed Muscle Therapist, Reiki Master Trainer, and Health and Fitness professional. Her heartfelt passion for helping individuals improve their physical and emotional well being is paramount in her healing practice. She is the founder of The Route 10 Body Shoppe where she continues to bring her healing touch and knowledge to help others. A graduate of the Pennsylvania School of Muscle Therapy, 2000 she completed advanced training in Pfrimmer Deep Muscle Therapy 2001. Recipient of the Vince Lomardi Award. Completed energetic healing techniques Reiki Level 1, 2, and Mastership in 2004. She earned the American Council on Exercise Clinical Exercise Specialist certification in 2002, ACE Master Practical Trainer in 1999 and Personal Fitness Trainer with the American Council on Exercise since 1995. Certified Les Mills Body Pump instructor in 2008. Her career in fitness and Health continues to inspire others to be their best.
